The parent company of Exista AG (Vipotal Holding) has signed an agreement to acquire PowerParts AG. At the same time, Thomas Fischer is taking over the role of CEO from Ernst Roth. Flurin Flepp, Exista's long-standing sales manager, will concentrate on key account management.

Exista acquires Fabrimex:
Merger in the field of Power Supply Solutions

Exista AG and Fabrimex AG, two Zürich Oberland based providers in the field of power supply solutions, are merging. Fehraltorf-based Exista AG has acquired Fabrimex AG from Bubikon with retroactive effect from January 1, 2023. One hundred percent of the shares of Fabrimex AG will go to Exista AG.
